What is the surf ratio on RoyalSurf?

RoyalSurf is set up on a dynamic surf ratio. The more you surf, the more credits you will earn for your efforts.

The surf ratio bonus is tied to the Strength Bonus you receive toward the Joust game. So not only are you earning progressively more credits per click, your odds of successfully completing your Quests are increasing too.

I changed my email address and lost my login information. What do I do?

Contact us with the Contact Request Form onsite and ask us to change the email for you on your account. Then you can use the login page link shown above to request your information be sent to you again.

When you contact us, please try to provide both your old and new email addresses. Also provide your full name that you used to sign up at RoyalSurf. This way if we cannot locate your account one way, we have the option of using another.

Why can’t I get a Strength Bonus for every 100 pages I surf?

While your Strength Bonus is accumulative, it is only awarded once daily, as long as you have surfed 100 pages. So you can actually earn a top Strength Bonus of +7 in one week’s period. This resets at the server reset time on Saturday evening, so you will start off on Sunday at +0 bonus again.

Note: You also receive a Surf Ratio Bonus at the same time, meaning that the number of credits per click increases.

I’ve completed ten Quests this week. Why can’t I start over?

The game is set to stop displaying once all ten Quests are completed. When the server resets on Sunday at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (UTC or GMT -6), you will be able to play the game again. Even though the game page no longer displays, your surfing counts towards breaking ties in the tournament.

What if I get blocked on the Quest map? How can I move?

It is impossible to get blocked in where you cannot move in the game.  If you run into an obstacle (mountains or cliff), you simply need to go around it or go back the way you came. You cannot pass through an obstacle.

You can travel over squares you have already covered, even Curses and the Wild Magic Area.  Don’t worry, a Curse that you’ve already revealed will not curse you a second time.  However, a Wild Magic Area will affect you each time you enter it… it will randomly transport you every time to you so.

Can I use my account cash and/or Royal Coins to pay for my upgrade?

If you have sufficient cash to pay one month of your upgrade level at the monthly subscription price, you may request for us to deduct the cash from your account and apply the one month upgrade for you.

Royal Coins can be used for purchasing traffic (credits) and for upgrades.

You can combine your account cash and Royal Coins to make purchases but these have to be processed manually. Use the Contact Us form on RoyalSurf to make your request.
