a) If you have violated the Terms of Service in such a manner that we believe you are, or will be, a repeat offender your account may be suspended or terminated. So be certain that you are not violating those terms. We try to use our best judgment before resorting to suspension of an account for this reason. But we will do it if we feel it’s justified.

b) If you miss too many of the surf verification turing numbers, your account will be automatically suspended by our script. When this happens, you normally must wait until the script resets your account to active status. If you contact us about this, and have a valid and reasonable explanation, we may be willing to manually reset your account for you.
