If The King, Sorceress Cat or one of her assistants did not put it on hold then the script is set to do that for your protection. If a site fails to load within a set amount of time (15 seconds or less), the script will pause it to keep from wasting your credits. If the host cannot be found, the script will pause your site in rotation. This is for your protection. Sometimes this is a problem that may have resolved itself by time you look. For instance, the site may have been down for a while but is now working again.

You can take the site off “Hold” yourself after checking it to make sure it is loading correctly. If you find that you cannot do that, then contact us and ask us to check it for you.
